Camelia Petrus

Camelia is a Consultant with Lynch & Associates Limited, specialising in leadership development and organisational change. Up until March 2021, Camelia managed our Business Development service line. Camelia now leads her own consultancy practice, Core Purpose Limited. The mission of Core Purpose Limited to is deliver services and facilitate training programmes to implement change initiatives for clients in the crucial aspects of governance and leadership. We work collaboratively with Camelia on projects and initiatives covering areas such as organisational change, core values facilitation and leadership development.
